Fallacies of logic in the news
Did you see the recent news story from Reuters that identified which former living presidents were related to slave owners? How about the biology professor who was fired from a San Antonio college for teaching about x and y chromosomes?
I was asked to comment on the presidents’ genealogies story on NTD/Epoch TV this week and it got me to thinking. Both of these news stories fall into categories known as fallacies of logic.
